-First Rollers are 290 mm (11.5") wide x 210 mm diameter (8.25")
-Second and Third roller sets are 290 mm (11.5") x 150 mm diameter (5.9")
- Refrigerated section with double door walk-in cooler
-1250 mm long belt conveyor (50")
-2400 x 1250 x 2500 mm tall (94" x 49" x 98" tall) inside dimensions of walk-in room
-2650 x 1400 x 2600 mm (104" x 55" x 102" tall) outside dimensions
-Fan/coil unit but without Freon compressor
- Cutting Section – 59" long
-290 mm (11.5") gauging rollers
-290 mm wide roller with (8) cutting blades on 35 mm centers (1-3/8") x 150 mm diameter (5.9")
-290 mm wide guillotine cutter
- (7) Variable speed drives and PLC
- Line was making peanut brittle bars. Can be used to make granola bars and other similar bars
- We can supply at additional cost a Bepex Hutt GP 3-roll extruder that can be used to feed a rough sheet to the start of this line. Photo of extruder is included in this quote.
