- Standard twisted, mini twisted and rings
- Proofing conveyor 18" wide x 15-ft long
- Reading Caustic Cooker with 18" wide x 60" long, electrically heated
- Seasoning Applicator
- CTX 2-60 Electric Oven with 18" wide x 6-ft long baking chamber (10-ft long overall) with wire mesh belt conveyor, 3 phase, 220 volts. Uses gas fired pre-heaters to warm up belt (needed to make soft pretzels)
