Slab Forming Line for Bars
- Double Drum former with 22” wide x 13” diameter jacketed rollers with jacketed hopper, with heat exchanger and centrifugal pump
- 22" wide x 13" diameter jacketed gauging drum
- 21.75" wide x 12" diameter nylon gauging roller
- 26" wide x 6" diameter nylon gauging roller
- 21" wide x 16-ft long conveyor for decorating area
- Cooling Tunnel 22" wide x 36-ft long with (4) fan/coil sections with belt tracker
- Slitter & Guillotine Cutter Conveyor
- 27" wide x 15- ft long conveyor
- Slitter with 15 blades on 1-9/16” centers
- Mechanical 28" wide guillotine cutter
- Overall line length apprx. 70-ft long
This line was producing bite size nut clusters. The forming line can also produce cereal bars, rice crisp bars and other slabbed type bars.
Owner will consider selling the slab line without the roasters.
